Insurance Company denied my Panniculectomy
Awww, (((((HUGS))))). Keep at em. Let that rash fester and push that tummy out for the next set of pics.
You're still working at loosing so perhaps waiting is a good thing in the long run. Some surgeons even want you at a stable weight for a few months before your tt. As #1MM said, you only want to do this once.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Yes OA...I know its for the best. I have been rushing this thing. I need to really bare down and get the rest of this weight off. I was just so tired of having to handle this tummy...hate the fact that I have to hold it up...don't even feel like a part of my boby...I want it off so bad....but I will get better results at my goal weight...and I most definitely don't want to do it again. Pain is not my strong suit. Thanks for the support.
Don't give up or give in, appeal appeal appeal. I was denied last year and then on appeal I was approved only to have the chest surgery put everything on hold until now. So the doct rescheduled and they denied it so we appealed it and it was approved again. My surgery is on Friday. I took pictures my self and made sure they had all the pictures, and documents to support my claim. Make sure the plastic surgeon and primary care doc are working together so all the information is presented. I have hanging skin but it does not block the entire area. Everytime they say no, file another appeal.
